Report A Security Concern


The term security concern refers to any unusual situation that has the potential of (1) resulting into abuse, denial of service, misuse, damage or compromise of your personal data and insofar as this relates to client data base at our disposal or (2) rendering any device (computer or mobile phone) in use by you vulnerable by virtue of its lost or case of theft.

Reporting an incident of security concern promptly helps us take appropriate and pre-emptive steps to forestall the occurrence of a worse situation. Where you are unsure whether or not an activity affecting you or a situation amounts to a security threat or concern, urgently call our support line

Please note that we consider it an obligation on the part of our clients to report all issues of security concern, be it accidental, deliberate or malicious, so that appropriate and immediate steps are taken by us against any consequential effect. In doing so, we expect that you will provide as much information as possible and with clarity about the circumstance or situation to help us understand the nature and scope of the issue at hand.
